TPS for Nationals of Honduras to register or re-gister is extended until January 3rd., 2012. That means your application
for the status must be received by USCIS, the immigration office, that day. Remember we are in the holidays season, post-office
naturally is slow due to the mail of gifts, business and other activities. Bear in mind to have your application completed
as early as possible and to mail it with confirmation and guarantee by the postal service on the delivery date. I would suggest
that you mail it "OVERNIGHT", just the week after Christmas or before the last day of the yearof 2011. that is between the
December 26th. and the Thursday the 29th of December 2011.

Cuando se trata de La TPS, la Secretaria del Departamiento de la seguridad de los Estados Unidos,
Honorable, Sra. Janet Napolitano, ha decidido extender la fecha de registracion iniciale y la registracion
inicial tardiva a los nacionales de Honduras. Los que son eligible y admissible pueden a partir del 4 de Noviembre
de 2011 hasta la fecha de 3 de Enero de 2012, submitir los formularios I-821 y opcionalment el I-765 y/o el
131 para regisrarse o para renovar cualquiera registracion vencida. El paquete debe ser en la officina de inmiracion como
antes media noche del dia de 3 de enero. Se esta approbado, el applicante Hondureno puede extender su presencia legal en EE.UU
hasta la mitad del ano de 2013 y tambien beneficiar de permiso de trabajo si le gusta.
Igualmente, un applicante que recibe la approbacion de su applicacion, puede tambien submitir
el formulario I-131 que le servira a viajar y regresar. Entonces, Hondurenos trate de preparar su applicacion de prisa antes
de la fecha limite. Recuerde que estamos en el tiempo de vacaciones como la Navidad y los festivos el nuevo ano de 012. El
